This item is a sturdy and looks great in my living room.The color is perfect and matches rug which is gray and blue.It has a lot of storage and offers 2-3 people to be able to prop their feet up ?Not only do I like the piece, it was packaged impeccably and delivered in perfect condition. All I had to do was screw on the legs and it was good to go!Very easy to assemble, only needed to attach the legs. However, whoever assembled the hinges did a poor job. The screws are every which way and not flat making the top not sit perfectly aligned with the base. This is a miss, would have rather assembled that part myself and had it be correct. The top only has one hydraulic hinge lifter, making it a little unstable when opening and closing (my last one had one on each side). Just need to open the top from the one side, not the other or else it feels like you're going to break it. Other than that it's a good-looking ottoman.Very nice ottoman for the price!This item exceeded my expectations. I wanted something I could use as a window seat but with storage. I was surprised how well this was packed, and how simple it was to assemble. The legs screw in and that’s it! Another feature I like is the ease in which it opens. A gentle push upwards and it automatically opens up the rest of the way on its own with the mechanism in the hinges. This is a bonus for me because I don’t want it closing on little fingers in my house. The fabric seems sturdy as well , and the color is nice and neutral…we will see how it holds up. Only time will tell but for now 5 stars!Great looking ottoman w storage. not too big or small. perfect size to go with love seat sofa setting. details of workmanship is not too great. all the screws were not properly screwed in and all went in angled. either than that its goodLove it. Love the color and sizeAttractive but doesn’t hold as much because it has a liner up top that eliminates the ability to store larger items
