This storage rack is great but it was a headache considering the manual only had a pictured diagram, didn’t really have any guided instructions. I pretty much had to guess. Since this ultimately ended up being great after figuring out the problem with the help of a Home Depot associate, i would still very much recommend it.Other buyers just need to know that one small issue and then they are totally set! I thought the problem was with the LOCK NUTS at first. I contacted the seller because there long bolts were not going through the hole of the lock nut and they couldn’t help other than replace it. It was also hard for me to explain it really. I found out for myself (with a home depot rep when I took one of the nuts to a store), that it was the WRENCH included in the kit that was the problem. The wrench simply was not strong enough to allow the length of the bolt screws to go all the way through because there is a plastic rim on the inside that you need to use lots of strength to push it out. You literally need to put so much force that the plastic rim will break out of the Locknut I give 2 stars for installation guide, but overall a 4 stars because once this problem was figured out, it ended up being the most sturdiest and best multi functional weight storage rack that will last for many years. I wish someone else would have pointed this out in the reviews or at least should be noted on the listing.Key thing here is to ditch the wrench and use a strong heavy duty tool (adjustable wrench is best) of your own.
